At the beginning of this month, our factory completed the production of a horizontal charcoal carbonization furnace and successfully shipped it to the UK. The customer’s enterprise initially focused on recycling waste wood to convert it into biomass energy, aiming to minimize resource waste.

In recent years, as the demand for high-quality fruitwood charcoal has grown, the company has gradually expanded its operations to include the production and sale of fruitwood charcoal products.

Fruitwood charcoal is favored in the family barbecue and catering industry due to its even combustion, smoke-free, and odorless characteristics, making it a product with significant market potential. Securing charring equipment with outstanding performance has become a crucial step in their business development.

Customer needs and choices

After numerous visits and careful evaluations, this environmental energy company has partnered with us to create a customized horizontal charcoal carbonization furnace tailored to its fruit wood charcoal production requirements.

This equipment features advanced combustion technology and strong environmental protection capabilities, aligning perfectly with the customer’s stringent demands for low energy consumption and minimal emissions.

  • The customized horizontal charcoal furnace features a 60W diesel burner that provides a consistent heat supply and enhances efficiency throughout the charcoal production process.
  • Additionally, the equipment is designed with a double-layer structure, boasting an inner liner thickness of 10mm and an outer layer thickness of 2.5mm. This design significantly boosts the durability and safety of the furnace, aligning with the company’s goals for long-term production stability.

Technical highlights of horizontal charcoal carbonization furnace

The equipment’s design takes into account the recovery and utilization of heat. The heat pump and fan system integrated with the furnace, along with the carbonization furnace pipeline, not only enhances heat distribution during the carbonization process but also boosts overall energy efficiency.

Esse horizontal charcoal furnace was recently successfully delivered to the UK and has begun operation. This equipment will assist the customer in capturing a larger share of the fruitwood charcoal market.
