Our client from Portugal has purchased hookah charcoal machines to establish a small charcoal briquetting plant that will fully recycle coal powder into charcoal for barbecues and hookahs.

Our client’s region boasts abundant agricultural and forestry resources. His charcoal plant produces a large amount of coal powder daily. To achieve resource recycling, he plans to establish a small charcoal briquetting plant and develop exports to the European and Middle Eastern hookah charcoal markets.
To achieve this goal, he had been searching for a reliable supplier capable of providing a complete charcoal briquetting production line. Customer’s requirements
Following our initial discussions, our Portuguese client outlined his requirements:
- He needed a production line to produce two types of charcoal: barbecue charcoal blocks and hookah charcoal sheets.
- This production line needed to minimize labor costs and be largely fully automated.
- The equipment needed to be made of durable and hygienic materials, suitable for long-term industrial use.
After detailed communication, Shuliy provided a customized charcoal production line that perfectly met his needs.
Shuliy’s solution
This production line is equipped with a belt conveyor to transport the mixed charcoal powder to the briquetting machine, ensuring fully automated feeding throughout the production process.
We recommend the barbecue charcoal briquetting machine and the stainless steel hydraulic hookah charcoal machine as the main production machines, as they can produce two different types of charcoal blocks.
After negotiation, our customer also selected different molds to achieve product shape diversification. Below is the final form.
