Коптильная печь отправлена в Гренаду: поддержка экологически чистого сельского хозяйства
How do island farms deal with organic waste, and how can they turn waste into treasure and make rational use of these waste resources?
A farm couple from Grenada gave us a good inspiration. They purchased a charcoal furnace and converted coconut shells, straw, etc., into biochar, which is of great help to environmental improvement.
Project background
Grenada is heavily reliant on agriculture, resulting in many farms generating significant amounts of organic waste, including coconut shells, fruit husks, and wood residues. Previously, this waste was often burned or discarded, creating environmental and disposal challenges. Our client is one of the farm families experiencing this challenge.
To reduce waste and promote sustainable agriculture, they searched online for reliable suppliers and ultimately decided to invest in a Shuliy SL-1000 carbonizer, designed to convert agricultural waste into valuable biochar for soil improvement and reuse.

Shuliy provides solutions for customers’ requirements
Based on the customer’s specific needs, our experts recommended the SL-1000 charcoal furnace. This model features a sturdy, 10mm-thick, high-temperature-resistant steel structure with internal dimensions of 1.5m x 3m, capable of processing 500–1000 kg of raw materials daily.
This charcoal furnace can process a variety of biomass materials, including sawdust, coconut shells, and straw. It utilizes an energy-saving, enclosed carbonization process, resulting in high carbonization efficiency and low smoke emissions, making it suitable for tropical agricultural applications.

Ordering and delivery
After deciding on the model and paying a deposit, our factory began production. After approximately 20 days of trial production, we packaged the machine, approximately 15 cubic meters (3.37 x 1.77 x 2.38 m), and shipped it by sea to St. George’s, Grenada.

Internal dimensions: 1.5 x 3 m
Thickness: 10 mm
Dimensions: 3.3 x 1.7 x 2.1 m
Capacity: 500-1000 kg of coal per day
Weight: 2500 kg
After receiving the goods, Shuliy provided detailed installation instructions and remote technical guidance, ensuring smooth local assembly and commissioning.
Conclusion
This case study showcases the successful application of Shuliy carbonization equipment in the Caribbean. By utilizing this technology to recycle agricultural waste, it not only reduces pollution but also creates new economic value for farms.
Shuliy will continue to provide environmentally friendly and efficient carbonization solutions to customers around the world, contributing to the development of sustainable agriculture.
