Several months ago, one of our customers from Bulgaria contacted us and explained that he needed a compact biomass briquette machine that could operate reliably in a small workshop and adapt to seasonal production fluctuations.
Ultimately, this project was finalized with the configuration of an SL-50 briquetting machine and an SL-220 airflow dryer, installed as a small production line in his fuel production plant. This production line started this winter and has received positive feedback.

In Bulgaria, the timber processing generates a large amount of sawdust every year, but the storage and disposal of this sawdust has always been a challenge. At the same time, biomass fuel pellets have consistently been one of the important fuels for heating plants and machinery production in Bulgaria.
Based on this, this client from Bulgaria contacted us, hoping to find a reliable biomass fuel pellet machine solution that could convert sawdust waste into solid fuel for local use and sale, while effectively controlling energy consumption and operating costs.

He operates a small to medium-sized fuel processing company. His factory had previously acquired a large quantity of wood chips, but these had excessively high moisture content, making them unsuitable for direct pelletizing. To expand production, they decided to purchase additional processing equipment.
Based on the client’s raw material conditions and target production capacity, we configured a two-step production line: drying + briquetting.
To ensure the wood chips reach the optimal moisture content for briquetting, we installed a dedicated dryer before the briquetting process. The accompanying cyclone dust collection system effectively reduces dust loss and improves material utilization.
In the core forming process, we selected a high-pressure biomass briquette machine. The briquettes produced by this machine have high density, a smooth surface, and excellent combustion performance, meeting the requirements of the local biomass fuel market.
