Recently, our factory finished producing a complete charcoal making machine production line, which includes a hammer mill crusher, a coal briquette extruder, and a barbecue charcoal ball press machine. We successfully shipped these machines to Libya. Our engineers were on-site to provide professional installation services and helped the customer with equipment debugging, marking the successful completion of this significant project.

The client is a company focused on developing renewable energy and traditional energy products, leveraging Libya’s abundant forestry and coal resources. The company’s main activities include the production and sale of charcoal and coal, which are utilized in the local barbecue sector, for home heating, and as industrial fuels.

Purchasing needs of the equipment

The customer has specific needs and expectations when it comes to purchasing equipment:

• They require a wood crusher that delivers outstanding performance, allowing for the rapid processing of forestry waste and discarded wood into fine wood chips, which will serve as high-quality raw materials for further production.
• The equipment should also accommodate the production of both coal and barbecue charcoal. By using a coal bar machine alongside a barbecue charcoal briquette machine, the customer can effectively adapt to varying market demands for different products.
• The customer aims to minimize manual operations while also lowering energy consumption and operational costs.

Charcoal making machine production line shipment and installation

The hammer mill crusher included in this shipment is capable of turning wood into consistent and fine wood chips, making it suitable for various types of wood. Additionally, the final coal product produced is of standard size, and high density, and ensures stable combustion.

Once the equipment arrived in Libya, our factory dispatched skilled engineers to the customer’s site to oversee the installation and fine-tuning of the entire system. With the engineers’ expert guidance, this charcoal making machine production line ran smoothly and successfully generated high-quality coal and barbecue charcoal samples, establishing a strong foundation for the customer’s commercial production.
