A Mexican customer recently purchased a complete set of equipment for charcoal briquette production, including a charcoal powder machine, a wheel grinder machine, and a charcoal ball making machine. The equipment is designed to turn charcoal materials into small, compact charcoal briquettes for further use and sale.

The customer wanted to process charcoal materials into small, shaped briquettes instead of handling loose charcoal powder. To achieve a complete production process, the customer chose three machines to handle different stages of material preparation and forming.
Charcoal Ball Making Machine for Small Charcoal Products
The machine presses prepared charcoal powder into compact pieces through a forming process. Different molds can be selected according to the required product shape and size.
For this Mexico project, the customer chose a mold that produces small charcoal balls and compact briquettes, similar to the finished products shown below.
The compact products are easier to collect, pack, transport, and sell compared with loose charcoal powder. Their small size also makes them suitable for applications where users prefer convenient, ready-to-use charcoal products.
Three Machines for Charcoal Briquette Production
The customer purchased one unit of each of the following three machines:

1. Charcoal Powder Machine
The charcoal powder machine is used at the beginning of the process to crush charcoal into fine powder. The Model 500 has a capacity of 500 kg/h, providing prepared material for the following mixing stage.
2. Wheel Grinder Machine
After crushing, the charcoal powder enters the wheel grinder machine. The machine combines the charcoal powder with binder and improves the mixture so that it has better adhesion and density before pressing.
The Model 1300 has a processing capacity of 500–600 kg/h.
3. Charcoal Ball Making Machine
The prepared mixture is then sent to the charcoal ball press machine for final forming. The Model 290 has a capacity of 1–2 tons per hour and produces compact briquettes measuring about 5 × 5 × 3 cm.
Why Did the Customer Choose This Charcoal Processing Setup?
The Mexican customer chose three machines to build a practical processing route for charcoal materials. Each machine handles a different stage.
This combination allows the customer to control the material preparation before pressing. In particular, the wheel grinder plays an important role in improving the mixture before it enters the press, helping the final briquettes achieve better density and strength.
